Health, dietary and accessibility requirements: Information you voluntarily share so I can help identify suitable travel options.

I get your information directly from you. If someone else books a trip that includes you, such as a family member, they will give me your details as part of the booking.
I do not collect or store your payment card details, bank details or passport details directly through this website.
You provide these details yourself through InteleTravel’s secure booking links or directly to the relevant travel company you book with. InteleTravel and the travel company are responsible for handling that information under their own privacy policies.
Please do not send payment card details, bank details or passport information to me by email or message.
My website also links to a booking website provided by InteleTravel. Any personal information you enter on that website is handled in accordance with InteleTravel’s own privacy policy.

Mailing list information: Retained until you unsubscribe, subject to any information that must be retained for legal or compliance purposes.
Mailing list sign-ups you don’t confirm: 30 days, then deleted.
