One Life Book It ยท Last updated: October 2026

1. Who I am

This website and One Life Book It is run by Clare Jennings, a sole trader. I am an independent travel advisor affiliated with InteleTravel. I am not an employee or representative of InteleTravel.

Email: cj@onelifebookit.com
Phone number: 07393 416293

2. What I do for you

I help you plan your trip and book it. When you book, your contract for the holiday is with the travel company providing it, such as the tour operator, airline, hotel or cruise line. Their own booking terms also apply, and I’ll point you to them before you book.

Bookings are made through InteleTravel’s booking platform, which provides that booking technology and processes payments.

Final terms, cancellation policies, and fees are set by the individual travel supplier. My advice and service to you are my own responsibility.

3. What it costs

I don’t charge you anything for my help. I’m paid a commission by the travel company you book with. The price you pay is the travel company’s price.

4. Paying and your personal details

All payments are made through InteleTravel’s secure booking links or directly to the travel company. I will never ask you to pay me directly.

Please don’t send card details, bank details or passport details by email, WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook. You’ll enter these yourself through the secure booking link once your trip is agreed.

5. Your responsibilities

  • The person making the booking must be 18 or over and have permission to book for everyone on it.
  • Check your quote and confirmation carefully. Names must match passports exactly.
  • You are responsible for valid passports, visas and any entry or health requirements. Check the latest UK government travel advice at gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice.
  • I strongly recommend travel insurance from the day you book. It should cover cancellation and medical costs.
  • I don’t currently arrange bookings for under-18s travelling without an adult.
  • Ensure you read the terms and conditions.

6. Changes and cancellations

If you want to change or cancel, contact me in writing as soon as possible. The travel company’s own terms decide what can be changed and what it costs. I don’t add any fees of my own.

If a travel company changes or cancels your booking, I’ll let you know and help you with your options.

7. Financial protection

Clare Jennings is an independent travel advisor under InteleTravel UK, ABTA member P7384. InteleTravel UK are appointed agents for our ATOL-protected partners.

ATOL protection only applies to bookings that include a flight. Hotel-only and other bookings without a flight are not ATOL-protected.

Your quote and booking confirmation will tell you clearly who protects your holiday and their ATOL number. Depending on the booking, this is either InteleTravel or the travel company that provides your package. When you pay for a flight-inclusive booking, you’ll receive an ATOL Certificate. Please check that everything you booked is listed on it.

8. My information and advice

I pass on information from travel companies in good faith, but I can’t guarantee details they provide, such as hotel descriptions. I’m not responsible for how a travel company delivers your holiday. Their terms cover that.

Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer.

9. Complaints

If you have a problem while you’re away, tell the local representative or the travel company straight away, so they can try to put it right. You can also contact me.

If you want to make a complaint, contact me first, in writing if possible. I’ll do all I can to resolve it and will reply within 10 working days. If the problem is with the holiday itself, I’ll raise it with the travel company for you. For packages protected by InteleTravel, the complaints section of InteleTravel’s Package Holiday Booking Conditions applies. For other bookings, the travel company’s own booking conditions apply.

If you’re still not happy, you can contact ABTA’s dispute resolution service, which will review your case.

10. Emergencies while you’re away

Your travel documents show the travel company’s contact details for emergencies. Always carry your travel insurance details with you.

11. Your information

My Privacy Policy explains how I use and protect your personal details.

12. The legal bit

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. I may update them from time to time. The version on my website when you book is the one that applies.
